Logging In

To log in as a registered user:

Click "Login" in bottom right hand corner.

Enter username / password and click "Login"

Your profile appears - edit if required.

A new menu item appears - "User Menu", with child items "Arrangements", "Create Article" and "Log Out"

Editing an Existing Article

Any article that the user is permitted to edit will have an "edit" icon beside the print icon at the top right hand side of the article.

Click on the edit icon to open the editing screen.  A WYSIWYG editing window will be displayed.  This allows the changing of text and the addition of images.

Inserting an Image

There are several ways to insert an image.  The most straightforward is to hit the "Image" button below the main editing window.

Upload an image from your local computer if required and save in the appropriate directory.  Remember, the larger the image, the longer the web page will take to load.  (Scaling an image will not change the size of the image).

Once inserted, right-click on the image and select "image edit" to adjust the properties.

Remember to click "SAVE" to save any changes.  Check that the article is formatted correctly on the front-end.

Image Editing

A useful (and free) image editing software package is Paint.net, available at  Get Paint.NET!

Use its Image > Resize command to resize an image to an appropriate size.

Logging Out

When finished, select "Log Out" on the User Menu, then click the "Logout" button to log out.
